Ngày 6/12/2024, UBND TP.Dĩ An ban hành Quyết định số 7367/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt Đồ án quy hoạch chi tiết 1/500 dự án.
Ngày 27/6/2025, Sở Xây Dựng tỉnh Bình Dương cấp Giấy phép xây dựng số 3728/GPXD cho chủ đầu tư thực hiện dự án.
Tiến độ dự án Bcons Center City TP.HCM
Dự án chính thức khởi công ngày 28/6/2025. Đến tháng 12/2025, dự án đang triển khai san lấp mặt bằng, hoàn thiện hạ tầng.
