Hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng KCN Đông Phú 2 Cần Thơ

Hệ thống cấp điện

Đấu nối từ lưới điện quốc gia 110kV hoặc 220kV thông qua trạm biến áp trung gian do chủ đầu tư xây dựng.

Hệ thống cấp nước

Lấy từ nhà máy cấp nước tập trung của tỉnh hoặc xây dựng nhà máy nước riêng trong khu, đảm bảo công suất cấp nước từ 8.000-10.000 m3/ngày.đêm.

Hệ thống xử lý nước thải

Nhà máy xử lý nước thải tập trung có công suất dự kiến khoảng 6.000–8.000 m3/ngày.đêm. Nước thải sau xử lý đạt tiêu chuẩn QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT – Cột A, đủ điều kiện xả ra môi trường.

Hệ thống viễn thông

Mạng lưới viễn thông hiện đại, cung cấp bởi các nhà mạng lớn như VNPT, Viettel, FPT.

Pháp lý dự án KCN Đông Phú 2 Cần Thơ

Dự án KCN Đông Phú 2 được phê duyệt đồ án Quy hoạch phân khu xây dựng tại Quyết định số 1321/QÐ-UBND ngày 3/8/2023.

Tiến độ dự án KCN Đông Phú 2 Cần Thơ

- Dự án chia thành 2 phân kỳ đầu tư (phân kỳ 1 hơn 2.461,8 tỷ đồng, phân kỳ 2 hơn 1.534,8 tỷ đồng), dự kiến đến tháng 12/2028 hoàn thành dự án.

- Phân kỳ 1 có diện tích khoảng 142,61ha; hoàn thành công tác bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư, thu hồi đất, giao đất đến tháng 6/2026; hoàn thành đầu tư xây dựng trong thời gian 18 tháng kể từ ngày nhà đầu tư được giao đất, cho thuê đất phân kỳ 1.

- Phân kỳ 2 diện tích còn lại gần 91,4ha; hoàn thành công tác bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư, thu hồi đất, giao đất đến tháng 12/2027; hoàn thành đầu tư xây dựng dự án trong thời gian 12 tháng kể từ ngày nhà đầu tư được giao đất, cho thuê đất phân kỳ 2.

Giá thuê dự kiến KCN Đông Phú 2 Cần Thơ

- Giá thuê cơ sở hạ tầng: 60 - 70 USD/m2 (chưa bao gồm VAT)

- Phí quản lý: 0,5 USD/m2/năm

- Giá điện: Theo quy định của EVN

- Giá nước sạch: Theo đơn giá của nhà cung cấp

- Phí xử lý nước thải: Theo đơn giá của nhà cung cấp

- Cước viễn thông: Phụ thuộc vào nhà cung cấp dịch vụ viễn thông.
