Hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng khu công nghiệp Khánh An Cà Mau

Hệ thống cấp điện: Hệ thống điện quốc gia (110kV, 220kV...) Nhu cầu công suất khoảng 34,6MW (40,7 MVA). Trước mắt được cấp từ trạm biến áp 35/22kV Cái Tàu, lâu dài sẽ xây dựng mới trạm 110/22kV-1x63MVA cấp điện trung thế 22kV cho khu quy hoạch và khu lân cận.

Hệ thống cấp nước: Được cung cấp từ trạm cấp nước của khu công nghiệp do công ty TNHH MTV môi trường nước Khánh An cung cấp.

Hệ thống xử lý nước thải: Trạm xử lý nước thải có công suất khoảng 5.000 m3/ngày.đêm.

Hệ thống viễn thông: Thông tin liên lạc do viễn thông tỉnh Cà Mau quản lý và cung cấp.

Pháp lý khu công nghiệp Khánh An Cà Mau

Khu công nghiệp Khánh An được thành lập năm 2007 tại Quyết định số 82/QĐ-UBND ngày 16/8/2007 của UBND tỉnh Cà Mau và được phê duyệt điều chỉnh Quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/2000 theo Quyết định số 1307/QĐ-UBND ngày 08/9/2015 của UBND tỉnh Cà Mau.

Ngày 23/2/2022, UBND tỉnh Cà Mau có Quyết định 543/QĐ-UBND về phê duyệt đồ án điều chỉnh Quy hoạch phân khu Khu công nghiệp Khánh An, huyện U Minh, tỉnh Cà Mau, tỷ lệ 1/2.000

Chủ đầu tư hạ tầng khu công nghiệp Khánh An Cà Mau là Công ty cổ phần hạ tầng Sài Gòn - Cà Mau (thành viên của Tập đoàn Đầu tư Sài Gòn (SGI Group)).

Công ty Cổ phần Hạ tầng Sài Gòn - Cà Mau được thành lập ngày 18/12/2006, và Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh thay đổi lần thứ 2 số 2000464968 ngày 9/6 2010 với mức vốn điều lệ là 70 tỷ đồng.

Địa chỉ đăng ký của công ty này đặt tại KCN phường 8, đường Lê Hồng Phong, phường 8, TP Cà Mau, tỉnh Cà Mau cũ. Người đại diện theo pháp luật là ông Đặng Đình Văn – Phó Tổng Giám đốc.
