Hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng KCN Quảng Trị

Hệ thống cấp điện

Nguồn điện cấp cho khu công nghiệp được lấy từ trạm biến áp 110kV/22kV Diên Sanh có công suất 150 MVA.

Hệ thống cấp nước

Xây dựng nhà máy nước sạch trong khu công nghiệp với công suất cấp nước 28.000 m3/ngày.đêm.

Hệ thống xử lý nước thải

Nhà máy xử lý nước thải có công suất xử lý 22.000 m3/ngày.đêm.

Pháp lý dự án KCN Quảng Trị

Dự án được phê duyệt chủ trương đầu tư tại Quyết định số 418/QĐ-TTg ngày 23/3/2021 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ và được thành lập tại Quyết định số 1008/QĐ-UBND ngày 13/4/2022 của UBND tỉnh Quảng Trị.

Tiến độ dự án KCN Quảng Trị

Dự án được xây dựng theo 3 giai đoạn với tiến độ thực hiện từ năm 2021 – 2032, cụ thể giai đoạn 1: 97,4ha; giai đoạn 2: 175,42ha; giai đoạn 3: 208,38ha.

Dự án chính thức khởi công giai đoạn 1 ngày 15/12/2023.

Đến tháng 5/2025, KCN Quảng Trị đã hoàn thành 96,5% hạng mục thi công san nền và hạ tầng kỹ thuật trong giai đoạn 1.

Bên cạnh đó, dự án đã cơ bản hoàn thành các thủ tục đầu tư và công tác giải phóng mặt bằng, thuê đất giai đoạn 1; đã được UBND tỉnh Quảng Trị cho thuê đất 4 đợt với tổng diện tích cho thuê 96,05 ha.

Giá thuê dự kiến KCN Quảng Trị

- Giá thuê đất: 80 USD/m2/chu kỳ thuê

- Thuế đất: Theo quy định của Nhà nước

- Phí quản lý: 0.6 USD/m2/năm

- Phí xử lý nước thải: 0,5 USD/m3

- Đơn giá điện: Theo đơn giá của EVN

- Đơn giá nước: 0.5 USD/m3
