Dự án HP Galaxy Cao Bằng có tên pháp lý là dự án phát triển đô thị số 5A phường Đề Thám.

Ngày 16/9/2020, UBND tỉnh Cao Bằng ban hành Quyết định số 1706/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt đồ án điều chỉnh quy hoạch chi tiết dự án phát triển đô thị số 5A, phường Đề Thám, TP.Cao Bằng, tỉnh Cao Bằng, tỷ lệ 1/500.

Ngày 26/10/2020, UBND tỉnh Cao Bằng ban hành Quyết định số 2054/QĐ-UBND công nhận kết quả trúng đấu giá quyền sử dụng đất để thực hiện dự án, nhà đầu tư trúng đấu giá là Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Hải Phát.

Ngày 2/8/2021, Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Cao Bằng ban hành Quyết định số 1264/SXD-QLN về việc thông báo nhà ở đủ điều kiện được bán, cho thuê mua nhà ở hình thành trong tương lai đối với nhà ở liền kề thuộc dự án phát triển đô thị số 5A phường Đề Thám, TP.Cao Bằng, tỉnh Cao Bằng.

Ngày 26/6/2025, đã diễn ra lễ ký kết và kick-off phân khu Capella - dự án HP Galaxy đã diễn ra tại Cao Bằng. Cập nhật đến tháng 8/2025, dự án đã hoàn thiện hạng mục công trình chính cùng cảnh quan nội khu đồng bộ.

Giá bán tham khảo: từ 3,5-4,5 tỷ đồng/căn, tùy diện tích và vị trí.
