The Sensia có tên pháp lý là Khu đô thị ven Sông Vinh tại phường Vinh Tân, TP.Vinh.
Ngày 8/4/2025, UBND tỉnh Nghệ An ban hành Quyết định số 30/QĐ-UBND về việc giao đất (đợt 2) cho chủ đầu tư để thực hiện dự án.
Ngày 12/12/2025, UBND phường Trường Vinh ban hành Quyết định số 1435/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt Đồ án điều chỉnh Quy hoạch chi tiết tỷ lệ 1/500 Khu đô thị ven sông Vinh tại phường Vinh Tân, thành phố Vinh (nay là phường Trường Vinh), tỉnh Nghệ An.
Tiến độ dự án The Sensia Nghệ An
Dự án chính thức khởi công ngày 12/1/2025.
Cập nhật tháng 12/2025, dự án đang hoàn thiện hạ tầng, cảnh quan.
