Trellia Cove là phân khu tại khu đô thị Mizuki Park, tên pháp lý là khu dân cư Nguyên Sơn, xã Bình Hưng, huyện Bình Chánh.
Ngày 15/8/2019, UBND huyện Bình Chánh ban hành Quyết định số 7106/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt Đồ án điều chỉnh cục bộ quy hoạch chi tiết tỷ lệ 1/500 Khu dân cư Nguyên Sơn, xã Bình Hưng, huyện Bình Chánh (diện tích dự án: 365.713,3m2; diện tích khu vực điều chỉnh cục bộ: 197.994,3m2).
Ngày 9/12/2019, UBND huyện Bình Chánh ban hành Quyết định số 10560/QĐ-UBND về việc duyệt điều chỉnh một phần Quy định quản lý theo Đồ án điều chỉnh quy hoạch chi tiết tỷ lệ 1/500 Khu dân cư Nguyên Sơn, xã Bình Hưng, huyện Bình Chánh.
Ngày 29/5/2025, Sở Xây dựng TP.HCM ban hành Quyết định số 1385/SXD-QLXDCT về việc thông báo kết quả thẩm định Báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi đầu tư xây dựng công trình Chung cư CC5 và Câu lạc bộ CLB3 thuộc Giai đoạn 4 – Dự án nhà ở thuộc Khu nhà ở Nguyên Sơn, xã Bình Hưng, huyện Bình Chánh.

Ngày 19/8/2025, Tập đoàn Nam Long chính thức khởi công phân khu Trellia Cove.
Cập nhật tháng 8/2025, khu đất dự án đã được san lấp bằng phẳng, máy móc chuyên dụng đã được tập kết đầy đủ, tiến hành ép cọc bê tông cốt thép.

Chủ đầu tư dự án Trellia Cove - Mizuki Park là Nam Long Group hợp tác cùng hai đối tác Nhật Bản là NNR (Nishi-Nippon Railroad) và Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp.
Nam Long Group được thành lập từ năm 1992, địa chỉ trụ sở là số 6 Nguyễn Khắc Viện, phường Tân Phú, Quận 7, TP.HCM (nay là phường Tân Thuận Đông, TP.HCM). Người đại diện pháp luật là ông Nguyễn Xuân Quang. Newtecons đảm nhiệm vai trò tổng thầu thi công. Nam Long Group hoạt động chính trong lĩnh vực đầu tư bất động sản, phát triển quỹ đất, nhà ở, khu thương mại... Một số dự án nổi bật: Waterpoint, Izumi City, Akari City...
NNR - Nishi-Nippon Railroad (thuộc Tập đoàn Nishitetsu) hoạt động từ năm 2018, trụ sở tại tỉnh Fukuoka, Nhật Bản. Văn phòng đại diện tại Việt Nam là tòa nhà Capital Tower, số 6 Nguyễn Khắc Viện, phường Tân Mỹ, TP. HCM.
